What we need is new leadership from a
completely different person and direction.
Neither one of these guys will do...
I know this is gonna piss off some of your die-hard Trump fans, but before we get all wrapped up into a hissy-fit over this, at least let me explain what I mean. I like DJT. I really like his policies and I love his love of my country - the country I served happily in the Army, and would serve again if necessary.
I couldn't give a shit about his tweets and his character and the way he talks. I actually think the guy's pretty funny, and he sure as fuck knows how to light up a crowd - no doubt about it. My problem with him isn't him. It's the people that hate him.
The media and the uber-libs that want to force us to like all the shit they do in spite of how fucked up it is to us.
They'll say and do anything - they've proven this - to keep Trump out of the White House. They went as far as to support and elect this aged, senile fuckin' windbag who's never done a day's work in his life, and who seems bound and determined to fuck this country up for 50 generations to come.
Fuck that and fuck him, and fuck you if you voted for him in the first place.
We desperately need fresh new faces and bold new ideas to get our country back to where it was during Trump's Presidency. The number one reason people voted for DJT in the first place was that he was an outsider - not another lifetime Washington hack. He came in with bold, fresh, innovative ideas and when he got elected, he did what he said he'd do.
That's what we need again - just not from him. Let him steer the ship, set the platform, guide a newer, brighter star. I don't care right now who it is, either. Just somebody who's different.
Let's not settle for the same old bullshit they've been shoving at us our whole lives. Fuck the career politicians. Think real hard who might be the best candidate and then back the shit out of whoever it is you believe in. Just not the same old same old. Not either one of these guys. Not any more...

I don't know who's changing - me or him - but he's almost starting to make a little sense lately. I gotta think it's him because I am way too rigid and inflexible to ever change. Juss' sayin'...
... Somebody - and it's funny 'cause the store manager has no idea where it came from - placed a bitcoin vending machine in the Circle K gas station near where I live. Ya gotta wonder what marketing mastermind thought that was a good idea.
The more ya think about it, though, it's probably a brilliant friggin' scam. Yes, people really are that fuckin' stupid.

Following Buttigieg’s own flight being canceled, forcing him to drive from Washington to New York, he said his department has authority to enforce action against airlines that do not sufficiently maintain consumer-protection standards, potentially requiring them to hire more staff.
Buttigieg's department also oversees the Federal Aviation Administration, which has also faced staffing shortages. The FAA said it would hire additional staff to increase its customer service.

A friend recently told me he asked the management at a vegan restaurant why they didn’t have honey on the menu. “It’s from an animal, so it’s not vegan,” he was told.
He tried to explain that honey isn’t part of a bee but instead nectar that bees carry back to a hive, mix with enzymes, heat, dehydrate . . . Exasperated, he finally said, “It’s bee barf!”

A 15 year-old kid is killed and three others - including a cop - are injured in a shooting at an unauthorized Juneteenth music festival in Washington, DC
A shit-load of inner-city yutes were seen dancing and jumping up and down on top of some guy's truck and then beating feet as gunfire rang out at a 'social justice-inspired musical festival' in Washington DC over the weekend.
A number of people - including a police officer - were shot. The officer was taken to an area hospital and is in stable condition, police confirmed. The conditions of the other victims remain unknown at this time. The shooting took place near the intersection of 14th and U Street NW, where the Moechella music festival, a Juneteenth celebration, was underway.
Video shared on Twitter showed some jerkoffs twerking on top of cars as shots rang out, forcing people to run for cover.
Other footage shows first responders rendering aid at the scene while a large crowd disperses from the area. Metropolitan Police Department Chief Robert J. Contee III (the guy in the video) told reporters the Moechella festival was an 'un-permitted event' and that officials are looking at what 'legal actions should be taken' as a result of the event.
I can't even imagine what kinda shit hole that town must be to live in...

Virtue-signalling has gotten so out of hand, their making up new words and phrases for almost everything nowadays...
I gotta get me one of these guys - I bet they're a shitload of fun to have around the house. Of course, I'd have to get a divorce first, but that's a story for another day, isn't it...

“Earlier this evening, while at Fourth Street Live, Mayor Fischer was punched by an individual,” the Louisville Metro Police Department said in a Facebook post. “The Mayor is doing fine.” The police department shared photos of the alleged suspect on its social media accounts on Saturday.
This is the best part: It’s unclear whether the suspect targeted the Democratic mayor or if the attack at Fourth Street Live was random. Authorities did not say what happened in the moments before the assault occurred.

A new poll has shown that a majority of Americans don't want either Joe Biden or Donald Trump to run as President in 2024. The poll, conducted by YouGov with Yahoo, was taken between June 10 and June 13, 2022.
On the question should Donald Trump run for President in 2024, 55 percent of people said no while 31 percent said yes.

This is arguably one of the most beautiful women to ever work in Hollywood, regardless of the era. That's my opinion but you'll probably agree...
Gene Tierney was born into a very wealthy family in Brooklyn, NY in 1920. Noticed by a director at Warner Bros, at 17 she began to pursue a career in acting.
Howard Hughes tried unsuccessfully to woo her, but she was unimpressed with Hughes’s wealth. Due to mental illness - a reported 'nervous breakdown', she left Hollywood after turning down movie roles that eventually went to Elizabeth Taylor and Grace Kelly and made both of them stars in their own rights.
She was later discovered to have been working as a sales girl in Gimbel's in Manahattan's Times Square.

unhoused - way too bland a word (besides the whole issue of keep changing the term because the reality behind the old term (and now new term also!) is unpleasant.) If we need a new term for homelessness why not call them "urban outdoorsmen"?
ReplyDeleteSo you're sick of DJT. Do you remember how he started his first term? And the results that no one said were possible? And who do you think can come anywhere near that? No inflation, real wage increases for the first time in decades, largest tax rate decrease in history, energy independence, new trade agreements with virtually every trading partner on earth, peace treaties between Israel & former enemies, $1.80 gas, no new wars, military rebuilt, southern border under control & the wall almost completed...I could go on & on.
ReplyDeleteSo who ya got? Ron? He's a force no doubt, they should run together. They'd be unbeatable and it'd set DeSantis up for 2028.
And please, polls? Didn't you ever learn?
Finally you do realize that ANYONE we pick is going to be vilified like nothing you've ever seen don't you? Lets's go with someone we all know can dish it out as well and yeah the Gov is good at that too.
I think you missed my point. I am not sick of him. i said it at the beinning of my statement - I like DJT. I really like his policies and I love his love of my country...
