A federal judge in Florida (you're welcome, by the way) on Monday struck down the CDC’s mask mandate in airports, airplanes and other public transit. In doing so, the judge actually did President Joe Biden and the Democratic Party a favor. 

This lingering non-pharmaceutical interventionist bullshit, at a time when mask rules have been dropped in virtually every other context (including in the U.S. Capitol Building) has become an embarrassment at a time when the country has otherwise moved on from requiring mask-wearing.  

 Except, of course, in Philadelphia where the elected officials are just plain idiots...

The basic problem is that the rule itself was issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which is a scientific agency - and a conservative one at that, although you would be hard-pressed to believe it after all of the bullshit they've spewed over the last 2+ years.   

CDC guidelines suggest, for example, that nobody should eat rare steak or runny eggs, and that a woman should not have more than one alcoholic drink a day. That's not necessarily 'conservative' as much as it is none of their fuckin' business.

Think about this for a minute. 220,000 people tried to come in to this country illegally in just one month - last month. That's a number of people the equivalent to the entire population of the Cities of Orlando, Florida or Baton Rouge, Louisiana. 

Almost to a person they will be allowed to stay, and you will foot the bill for them to stay here. You'll pay for their food, their lodging, their kids schooling, their healthcare, damn near everything.

Ask yourself why this liberal jackass of a President thinks this is somehow okay, and if you do come up with one good answer, please share it with us, because nobody I know can think of one single good fuckin' reason why this shit should be happening.

An Ohio professor won $400,000 after suing a university over the academic institutions’ demand that the professor use a student’s preferred pronouns.

“A student approached me after class and said that he wanted to be referred to as a female, and I tried to find an accommodation with the student. I was willing to use his proper name, female proper name, and initially the administration was willing to go along with that, but then the administration changed course and demanded that I defer to the ideology, that I refer to the student as a female and I simply could not do that,” Shawnee State University professor Nick Meriwether said the university’s demand was an egregious assault on his freedom of speech and religious beliefs.

 

“I believe that God created men and women, male and female. But also the idea that my speech could be coerced, could be compelled by the administration. The college classroom is to be a place of debate and discussion and freewheeling ideas. The university has no place in telling professors how they are to think with the students. It was a coercion of my freedom of speech.”
