If I see you buying a NY Times watch out - it may get ugly...

The 'Old Grey Lady' is now run by and caters to an ultra-leftist cabal. They hate us and everything we stand for, including our God and our Country...

...

This is the entire story of my life in one picture...
...

...

It's okay. You can come - we're happy to have you. As long as you do these two VERY important things when you get here.
ONE: Leave your bullshit  big-city leftist liberal fuckin' jerkoff politics back wherever the fuck you came from, and
TWO: Use the fuckin' turn signals. That's why god created them in the first place. We cool with these?
...

Show this to your grandkids...
...

During an interview with “Pod Save America” on Thursday released on Friday, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki stated that canceling student loan debt is “on the table” and high costs are “an important thing to consider. That’s a big part of the consideration.”
...

So, I open up my browser (Chrome) this morning and start to scan the headlines like I always do and then I notice the banner ad at the top of the page - it's this one.
Now, y'all may know that I'm an old advertising guy from way back, so I may be a little over-critical when I see ads that don't make any sense at all and are just plain fuckin' stupid. You know, like the Liberty Mutual ridiculous fuckin' Emu ads. Just what the fuck are they trying to sell and to who exactly? They're fuckin' stupid, but I digress.
I open up my browser and I notice this banner ad at the top of the news page, and I think to myself  'Does Lockheed - by law or some shit -  have to advertise'? Is this a PR stunt of some kind or do they really want to me to buy a combat-ready airplane? Why the fuck would Lockheed want to sell me a fighter jet? Do they really think I could afford the av-gas for that beast? And where would I park it - my street isn't all that long(I live on a short cul-cu-sac). I worry about shit like this all day long...
...

Hey - when Mom's gotta go pee, she's really gotta go...
...

Wudda fuckin' idiot this broad is to do this,
but they won't fire her. Juss' sayin'...

Mother's Day is just three weeks away. You still

Researchers at the University of California, San Francisco looked at data from 263,697 U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs patients who had completed their vaccines and had at least one COVID-19 test.
Slightly more than 51 percent received at least one psychiatric diagnosis within the last five years and 14.8 percent experienced breakthrough COVID-19.
The breakthrough risk for patients over 65 was 24 percent higher for those with substance abuse disorder, 23 percent higher for those with psychotic disorders, 16 percent higher for bipolar disorder, 14 percent for adjustment disorder and 12 percent for anxiety.
People who are vaccinated against COVID-19 and have a history of certain mental illness may have an elevated risk of breakthrough infections.

That's subtle. I really like subtle...
...

Sounds like a South of the Border rendition of
'Leave the gun, take the cannoli's' to me...
...

This'd make a good t-shirt...
...

This is about as 'Florida Man'-ready as it gets.
'Enticing' the alligators? Who the fuck is doing that -
aside from an occasional meth-head that is...

The FGM-148 Javelin (AAWS-M) is an American-made (Lockheed-Martin. Go figure) portable anti-tank missile system in service since 1996, and continuously upgraded. It replaced the M47 Dragon anti-tank missile in US service.[Its fire-and-forget design uses automatic infrared guidance that allows the user to seek cover immediately after launch, in contrast to wire-guided systems, like the system used by the Dragon, which require a user to guide the weapon throughout the engagement. The Javelin's high explosive anti-tank (HEAT) warhead can defeat modern tanks by top attack, hitting them from above, where their armor is thinnest, and is also useful against fortifications in a direct attack flight.
As of 2021, the Javelin had been used in around 5,600 successful engagements. Each one of these bad-boys cost us $216,717.00 in case you're wondering where your tax dollars are going...

  2. I remember standing in line for Star Wars with my then-wife, about a week after it premiered. There was a kid in line ahead of us who'd already seen it at least once a day since the premiere.
