Dressing and acting like an idiot is not a new trend, but...

I honestly can't think of a time when perfecting the look and the act was taken so seriously...

I missed watching this freak show last night. Same as last year, the year before that and the 30 or so years before that. Who - besides themselves - could possibly give a fuck about these people?

The Grammy Awards took place in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday, and aside from the fact that you've probably never heard of any of these morons, there were a number of fashion fuckups from wanna-be stars who 'turned heads' for all the wrong reasons.
Billie Eilish and Justin Bieber led the list of the worst dressed stars in their ridiculous outfits. Bieber's slate-gray Balenciaga suit was so ridiculously large that Twitter users joked he was wearing his 'dad's suit.'
Meanwhile, Eilish's black death frock looked like a trench coat was draped over her shoulders. H.E.R. suffered a fashion fail in a sequin-covered yellow jumpsuit, and Tayla Parx was dressed like a friggin' dinosaur.
And all of them want us to take them seriously.

As if the border crisis isn’t damaging enough, with 2.5 million illegal migrants having crossed into the United States since Joe Biden took office, now the administration is going to make it exponentially worse by unwinding the last Trump-era restriction.
The Title 42 policy, implemented by  Trump during the pandemic to allow border officials quickly to expel migrants on public health grounds, will be terminated next month.
Title 42 was the last tool border officials had left to stem the flow of illegal migration from more than 150 countries across the southern border. Now, they are anticipating a doubling or tripling of numbers to as many as 18,000 a day.
Roofers and landscapers all over the country couldn't be happier...

Elon Musk has confirmed production of the long-awaited Cybertruck has been canceled. The reason? Ongoing development costs have far exceeded the original budget. The controversial - some people like me would say 'really fuckin' stupid looking' - EV truck is no longer a viable business case. "Very sad to say we've made the tough decision to cancel our Cybertruck," Musk wrote. "I know there will be plenty of disappointed customers and all pre-orders will be promptly refunded. The decision was made in the best interest of Tesla and its future."

The 2022 Atlantic hurricane season doesn’t officially start until June 1, but long-range forecasters from AccuWeather have already weighed in on how stormy they believe this year will be.
The bottom line: They think we are facing another extreme hurricane season, with as many as 16 to 20 named storms developing and six to eight of those becoming hurricanes.
