I'm at a loss for words today, but I'll make up for it.

I woke up this morning to the news that one of my dearest friends died. Last week. And I didn't even know he was ill...
Honest to god I feel like such a dick for not knowing anything about his having had liver cancer. I had let too much time pass since last we spoke. I feel like I betrayed our friendship somehow.

Donny left behind his wife Randi and four very young kids.
God rest your soul my dear friend...

This is now a very frightening lineup. Freddie leaving Atlanta
for the rolling-in-big-green hills of southern California.
$ 162,000,000.00 to play baseball. God bless America.

There was definitely something about Renée. When the legendary French photographer Jacques-Henri Lartigue met her while strolling the streets of Paris in 1930, he fell in love instantly. Tall, chic and hiding coquettishly under a wide elegant hat, he nicknamed her the ‘parasol’.
Together they embarked on what Lartigue remembers as an “eternal vacation”, a dreamlike two-year holiday in the South of France, where he documented her riviera style and endlessly photogenic form. She became his Mona Lisa, but just like Da Vinci’s muse, we know very little about Renée Perle.
After the couple’s affair ended in 1932, it’s as if she vanished from the world, having only existed in that beautiful but brief snapshot of time through the lens of her lost lover…

All of this death and destruction because this
asshole wants access to the Black Sea? That
seems kinda hard to believe.

Hunter Biden took out a loan to pay his $1million tax liability, sources confirm. His associates allege Biden financed the federal tax liability in recent months, however the payment date and amount were not disclosed. Biden's tax payment was made as a grand jury in Delaware continues to investigate his international business dealings. The probe is searching for criminal violations of tax laws, as well as foreign lobbying and money laundering rules.

Nearly 120 Yale Law School students revolted during a free speech debate last week because they didn't like conservative panelist Kristen Waggoner, and were angered at the presence of a progressive humanist who'd agreed to a debate. The students screamed profanities at Waggoner, including one who threatened they would 'literally fight you, bitch'.
They also chanted 'protect trans kids' and 'shame, shame' throughout the law school building after police officers escorted the speakers out of the building.

After exiting the event they began to stomp, shout, clap, sing and pound on the hall walls. The protesters alleged their actions were execution of free speech despite the fact that they violated university policies regarding free speech.

  1. Sorry to hear about your friend. Condolences to and prayers for Donny's family. I've got a daily distro of 30 friends and I have to admit, I know nothing of their day to day issues. Such is the way of today's communications.

  2. Sevastopal is the only year-round warm water port the Russian have. It isn't at all surprising they would go to war to keep that. Really, let's just display our total ignorence about the rest of the world's geography for everyone to read.
