Say it ain't so, Joe...

 I was for it before I was against itor something like that. I like when my Presidents stick to their guns (metaphorically speaking)...

Joe Biden on Tuesday told a crowd in Georgia that he was in favor of getting rid of the filibuster in order to push through voting reform. 
He has changed his mind since 2005, when he defended the filibuster, saying it encouraged compromise - and in 2019 he called the idea of removing the filibuster 'dangerous.' Biden's views have evolved since becoming president and being confronted with the reality of a 50:50 Senate, which struggles to pass his bills.

In 2005, Biden argued in the Senate that eliminating the filibuster would be 'Damaging
