How in God's name did this guy get elected?

Watch this from last night's TV thing. He can't make eye contact and talk at the same time. I really do think he's jacked up on something that makes his eyes stay open  or some shit...

It's hard for me to get my head around the fact that Mike Nesmith died at
the age of 78. That makes me really realize how old I am myself. Juss' sayin'...

The Bristol Type 167 Brabazon was a British large airliner
designed by the Bristol Aeroplane Company to fly
transatlantic routes between the UK and the United States.

For the record, I am neither pro- nor anti-union.
It's none of my business.

I feel bad for the strikers and all that shit,
but this other thing makes me crazy.
Reddit users (people with little or no affiliation to the strikers that have way too much free time) are flooding the Kellogg Company's job portal with fake applications after the company recently announced it will replace its striking union workers with new permanent employees. The spammers say they stand in solidarity with the strikers.
In a Reddit post in the r/antiwork subreddit, one user by the name of 'BloominFunions' listed the job portal sites for the four hiring plants, encouraging users to apply for the listings in hopes of clogging the system with fabricated applications. As of Friday, the Reddit post has been upvoted more than 62,000 times.
"It's time to clog their toilet of an application pipeline," the user wrote. "This is your chance to apply for your 'dream' job."

Is there a woman in your life who'd love
a gift of jewelry like this bracelet?
(You don't have to tell her how inexpensive it was...)

There's till time to get it for her for Christmas.

There was absolutely no reason for Speilberg to do a remake of West Side Story.
The original - which was on last night and I watched for the 432nd time -
was perfect in every way. Especially Rita Moreno and Natalie Wood.

I've been through three CAT5 hurricanes, including one - Hurricane
Marilyn - that completely destroyed our house while we were in it.
In Marilyn, we experienced a few micro-bursts that had the wind
up around 215mph or thereabouts, but I've never been involved
in any kinda tornado that's a mile or so wide.
And I don't plan on ever being near one...

Scientists have been testing the nation’s wastewater to conduct early detection of the virus. In the past week, a team of researchers in California announced they had found traces of the variant in sewage treatment facilities across the state - suggesting that Omicron is already present in multiple cities.

This is Paige Spiranac, as if you've never seen or heard of her before. Well, she's getting in the holiday spirit - sorta...
The former golfer-turned-'social media sensation' shared a pair of sultry, holiday-inspired photos recently - promoting her Naughty or Nice golf towel. This is one of them, and for the life of me I can't figure out WTF the picture has to do with any holiday, let alone Christmas, but that's just me.
She'll make 20 times more money flashing her boobs and her smile than she ever woulda swinging a driver. Juss' sayin'...

  1. About the Bo Jo post. The scandal isn't about them joking about having a party; the scandal is about them actually having several parties in Downing Street while everyone else in the country was under strict lock-down... oh, and then holding a fake news conference to joke about the parties.

    2. It was an entire video filled with music and comedy bits. The link I posted above is only a section of the video.
