There is something vaguely similar in all of these crimes.

The incident took place at Santa Rosa Plaza, about an hour from San Francisco, on Wednesday morning. Four young men, believed by police to between the ages of 14 and 18, entered and grabbed the merch before fleeing in what authorities called a 'brazen daytime burglary' in broad daylight.
  
Have you figured out what the similarity is in all of these smash and grab crimes? If you have, be cool with your comments. I don't wanna have to delete them...

  1. The electronics are worthless except possibly as spare parts. Once you activate them, the company knows your location and sim card info. Maybe sell them as used. But otherwise not the brightest thing to steal.

  6. Organized crime gangs. Foot soldiers steal items and turn them over to the gang from a fragment of sales' value. Resold at discount prices by gang-connected business.
