'Coronavirus vaccine passports' are being developed for travel in 2021. I shit you not...
The lack of clarity surrounding the impact of the vaccine hasn’t stopped companies like IBM from developing a smartphone app to track who has or who has not been vaccinated. Vaccine passports may be required in the near future.
Major tech companies are working on creating smartphone apps that will allow users to upload their vaccine and COVID-19 information. Some experts say this could be a requirement to travel and even to enter spaces like movie theaters and concerts.

Cops shut down illegal bar in N.J. warehouse
after finding 200 people partying inside
Newark, NJ police busted an illegal bar being run in a warehouse early Sunday morning, making it the second speakeasy broken up by cops in the state this month. Newark Police Vice Crimes Task Force detectives investigated reports of a large party at 12 a.m. Sunday at a warehouse located on Libella Court.
Inside, they found 200 people eating, drinking alcohol and participating in illegal gambling, in violation of current coronavirus regulations against large indoor gatherings, Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose said in a statement.
What's the moral of this story? There isn't one. People are gonna do exactly what the fuck they wanna do. Looks a little like the prohibition days, don't it?

Here are 12 things to consider as we get closer to closing the door on one of the most memorable years of our lifetime:
1. The dumbest thing I ever bought was a 2020 planner.
2. I was so bored I called Jake from State Farm just to talk to someone. He asked me what I was wearing.
3. 2019: Stay away from negative people. 2020: Stay away from positive people.
4. The world has turned upside down. Old folks are sneaking out of the house and their kids are yelling at them to stay indoors!
5. This morning I saw a neighbor talking to her dog. It was obvious she thought her dog understood her. I came into my house and told my cat. We laughed a lot.
6. Every few days try your jeans on just to make sure they fit. Pajamas will have you believe all is well in the kingdom.
7. Does anyone know if we can take showers yet or should we just keep washing our hands?
8. This virus has done what no woman has been able to do. Cancel sports, shut down all bars & keep men at home!
9. I never thought the comment, “I wouldn’t touch him/her with a 6-foot pole” would become a national policy, but here we are!
10. I need to practice social-distancing from the refrigerator.
11. I hope the weather is good tomorrow for my trip to the Backyard. I’m getting tired of the Living Room.
12. Never in a million years could I have imagined I would go up to a bank teller wearing a mask and ask for money.

The coronavirus is being blamed by New Jersey motor vehicle officials for not meeting the state’s deadline to provide a process by Jan. 1, 2021 for undocumented people to obtain a driver’s license.
State Motor Vehicle Commission officials said implementation of licensing for people without legal immigration status will be delayed from the original Jan. 1 date because of the coronavirus. No new date was announced when the process would be considered by the MVC board of commissioners.
The process was supposed to implemented by Jan. 1 under legislation Gov. Phil Murphy signed into law on Dec. 19, 2019, allowing undocumented immigrants to obtain a standard driver’s license. That law gave the MVC until January 2021 to create a process to do it and educate people about what they need to do to get a license.
I've said it before and I'll say it again.
This place must be a lot of fun to work at.

It's not just Felix & Oscar anymore.
Talk about an 'Odd Couple' - how about these two guys? That's some scary shit when those two agree to agree...
President Donald Trump tweeted his support of Bernie Sanders after the communist announced plans to delay the Senate’s vote to override the president’s veto of the $740 billion the National Defense Authorization Act. Sanders announced his filibuster plans on Monday in an attempt to force the Senate to hold a vote on increasing the amount given to Americans in coronavirus relief checks to $2,000 from $600. The House of Representatives passed a bill Monday evening that would increase Americans' stimulus checks to $2,000 - something President Donald Trump has also demanded.
In response to a Tweet reporting Sanders' plans and in apparent support of them, the President wrote: 'Give the people $2000, not $600. They have suffered enough!'. A spokesman for Sanders also confirmed the senator will object to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell setting up a vote on the veto override of the defense bill until the proposed aid increase is voted on.

I am worried about the utility stocks that I own though, because evidently Biden said something about public utilities should not pay dividends to stockholders - they should instead use the money to pay the bills of people 'that can't afford electricity'.
THAT my friends, if true, is truly fuckin' frightening.

The record-shattering fundraising hauls made by Georgia Democratic Senate hopefuls Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock are being driven by out-of-state donors in liberal cities like New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, campaign filings show.
As Democrats try to claw back control of the Senate in enormously consequential run-off races on Jan. 5, Ossoff, an investigative journalist, and Warnock, a senior pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, each raised a stunning $100 million in the last two months, becoming the best-funded Senate candidates in history. But 95 percent of that money is coming from outside of the Peach State, records show.
If you don't see the problems in something like what's going on here, you need to go back to the forest and forage for nuts, because you're gonna need that skill to survive pretty soon...
... Now Tony, don't get all fuckin' pissed off at me for digging a little deeper into this than I should have, but...
