I am NE Atlanta and the past week we have had pollen counts of 3697, 5847, 6881, 8918, 7113, 2922, and today 1657. Nothing has worked for my sinuses until this year. Doctor recommended Allegra in the morning and a zyrtec 12 hour latter. I still have some flare ups but I can breathe and do not have the constant mucus flow.
