Well Sir, as I see some gates open going in and some going out, tome I think that it means it is time for a beer or two and then go home. Or it could mean have a few beers at home and then go out. Now I'm confused so I'll have a beer and think about it.
These are English country gardens, the idyllic White Anglo-Saxon rural countryside of Thomas Hardy, George Eliot, et al., before the current Third World invasion and the depredations of socialism.
