I guess no one is truly impartial, are they?

It's an interesting insight into our legal system - the fact that you can have 'liberal judges'. I had thought all along that it was a judges sworn duty to apply the law. Turns out, they all think their job is to interpret the law in ways that conform to their own ideology, hence the term 'leftist judges'. This whole concept of of judge-shopping turns logic and civility on it's head. Go find a judge who'll rule in your favor? Just doesn't jibe with me, but then again, what the fuck do I know about anything, right?

Judges are like umpires. Umpires don't make the rules. They apply them. The role of an umpire and a judge is critical. They make sure everybody plays by the rules. But it is a limited role. Nobody ever went to a ballgame to see the umpire.

The Who played two shows at the Capitol Theatre in Passaic, NJ on September 10 and 11, 1979, before their five-night stint at Madison Square Garden. These shows were particularly notable as they marked the first US appearance of Kenney Jones, who replaced the late Keith Moon on drums. I was there one of the nights. REALLY loud.

  7. Judges are crooked lawyers who got promoted. ,... it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle, than for a crooked judge to enter into the reign of God.'

  10. I do believe Trump is serious about Greenland because of the threat coming from over the North Pole by China/Russia.
My dad spent a year in Greenland to stop the Nazis from taking it in WWII and controlling the northern Atlantic. Good move.

    1. To some degree Great Britain served as buffer between the USA and the continental European crazies in the past. But that is rapidly changing and it won't be long before the Muzzies turn Great Britain into a de facto Caliphate. President Trump is ahead of the curve and sees Greenland filling the void left by the collapse of Great Britain.

  22. My Dad' was a Circuit Court Judge for 20 years. He covered three counties in northern Michigan. I can swear on my life, this man never issued a judgement with a political slant. He was elected with no political position and that is how he was elected, IMPARTIAL. I don't understand what happened with political bias.
