You're insinuating that McDonalds is using BEEF?
ReplyDeleteWhen I was a young undergraduate student in Animal & Dairy Science, back in the late 1970s... McDonald's was the #1 purchaser of cull dairy cows in the country. IDK where they source their ground beef these days, but I guarantee you they aren't purchasing Prime Black Angus steer carcasses and grinding them into hamburger.
ReplyDeleteProbably a combo of US and foreign source, strictly to a price point for a minimum tolerable quality. What's the lowest grade of beef for human consumption? That's the target.
Delete75 per second seems low when you think of the thousands of McDs there are.
