ResponderEliminarThe home affordability is BS in GA. There are two Georgia's. The metro Atlanta area and the rest of the state. I sold a home on a 3/4 acre lot in Metro Atlanta for $450k and purchased a much nicer home of the same size in south GA with 7 acres of land for $390k.
