I don't agree with the idea of a country banning social media to a specific group of people - of any age. It's damn near totalitarian at it's core, like something the Chicoms or Nazis would do. I do, however, side with them with the premise behind it, though.
People are so addicted to their stupid fuckin' phones, it's crazy. Went to the gas station to pick up Bab's car yesterday and there's two people - obviously husband and wife - in their 70's at least, both staring down at their phones. Babs says 'What would they have been doing if the phones didn't exist? It's true - our social media addiction takes the place of reasonable discourse. I hate it. Juss' sayin'...

Seems kinda funny how this 180-degree shift is happening there. After imposing a strict one-child policy for more than 30 years, China has over the past decade been introducing a suite of “carrots” to induce people to have more children in a bid to boost the falling birthrate.
As well as raising the limit on the number of children permitted per couple to three, provinces have been experimenting with offering discounts on IVF treatment and cash subsidies for extra children. Some local governments offer newlyweds extra days of paid leave to encourage people to tie the knot.

Yeah - that popped up on FB yesterday for no apparent reason, except maybe they think I'm a black guy who actually gave a fuck about stupid shit like this...

Will the media's obsession with this broad ever end? Take a poll of the closest 7,000 people you know and report back to me how many of them are genuinely concerned about the little tiniest minute bullshit this chic does. Seriously - why do they waste ink on this showoff piece of shit? Enough already.

Those are people - all guys at that. It's always fascinated me the lengths people will go to - doing stupid shit like this - in the name of religion. In this case, it's an aerial image that captures a moment from the Wari, the weird pilgrimage that takes place every year in Maharashtra, India. Thousands of Warkaris (devotees) are seen gathered in a not-so-perfectly circular formation, all dressed predominantly in white traditional attire. At the center lies a sacred palanquin, whatever the fuck that is.
As a side note, that city has such a cool named I had to check it out. The place is pretty cool looking. Might be a place to go see if there weren't so many fuckin' injuns there. Juss' sayin'...
