Will someone please make me one of these?

 

That is the single best way to own a FIAT, period. 
Otherwise, they're pretty worthless...

  1. In spite of the old gag that FIAT stands for "Fix It Again Tony," I owned two FIATs and they were great cars. The problem with FIATs here in the U.S. is that the parent corporation never established a U.S. parts & service organization, so that ordering simple maintenance parts often took weeks, if not months, before the part would ship & arrive.

    1. I worked at a place called Fisher Auto in Elizabeth NJ back in the mid-70's where they processed-in Fiats when they came off the boat. The cars felt like they were made of tin foil compared to american cars

  2. I used to be along term subscriber to Consumer Reports until the year they said the Fiat 128 was the best car ever made.
