Obviously for me the Chicago style is king, However big fan of NYC and the Detroit Coney style dogs too. We had a Czech Bakery near us when I was a kid and on Saturdays he'd bake the dogs in dough and then you merely shoved the tip of a mustard jar into one end and filled it up, they were absolutely dynamite and he usually ran out by 10:00 AM

ResponderEliminari'm gonna have to try making some chimichurri, it sounds good.
ResponderEliminarThey got the Georgia Dog wrong. It is one of two. 1) CHILI CHEESE DOG Chili dog with mustard and cheese on a toasted bun. 2) CHILI CHEESE SLAW DOG Chili dog with mustard, cheese and slaw on a toasted bun.
ResponderEliminarWhen they say "What’ll ya have… What’ll ya have?" I reply 2 Chili Cheese Dogs, hand-battered onion rings, and a Frosted Orange shake.
Missed one: Midwest: hotdog, bun. Condiments available (catsup, mustard) but not added. Mayo? Get thee behind me, Satan.
